I have noticed lately that I have been finally getting into a routine and really feeling great! It occured to me that I have been forming some really great habits and my body is loving it! It takes a little while to develop habits, but now that I'm in the zone, its amazing! I know this is a short entry and I'm probably not telling anyone anything they don't already know so I'll leave you with a secret weapon...
Greek yogurt.
You probably already know that yogurt is great for you! However, Greek yogurt provides some added benefits! I get the fruit-in-bottom kind so the sweetness wards off sugar cravings. Greek yogurt in general has more protein, fewer carbs, and is processed through a different method making it thicker and creamier to leave you more satisfied! The one drawback is that it contains a little less calcium than regular yogurt. The reason I'm putting this out there is because I have been preaching the goodness of Greek yogurt for a while but when someone asked me what made it better, I didn't know! So I looked it up so that I'm a little better at preaching what I practice!
