February 9 Meals

And... just because I ate relatively "decently" today, I'm going to go ahead and add in my meals for the day. Usually I will just include this in my daily blog post, but I hadn't finished all my meals when I wrote the first one, haha. So...

Breakfast: McDonald's Fruit and Maple Oatmeal - 290 calories (I was running late... had to stop and pick up breakfast instead of making it at home

Medium black coffee

Snack - Smart Pop mini bag of popcorn - 100 calories

Lunch: Cafe Steamers Chicken Margherita - 330 calories
Fat free Greek Yogurt with Blueberries
Apple Slices (1 apple)

Snack - 3 mini hershey bars (gotta cut these out!) - 200 calories
ANOTHER mini bag of popcorn - 100 calories

Dinner - Small salad with tblsp of ginger dressing
Sushi Roll (mmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!!)

So... not entirely bad! But will be doing better :)
